Our selection of add-ons are integrated with your sealer to seamlessly aid the operator without loosing the compact footprint our sealers provide. Companion Deduster
Dust removal unit for applicable environments
Our deduster stands alongside a Supersealer mounted on a motorized pedestal and mobile base. Compatible with our optional BBY200 conveyor.
M-500 & M-500HD Conveyor
Heavy Weight Conveyor
The M-500 conveyor features a wider conveyor doubling the size of our other selections. The standard M-500 can handle weight up to 60lbs, and the M-500HD can handle up to 100lbs. These conveyors are synchronized with the paired Supersealer for variable speed.
Trimmer/Trim Remover
Keep your bags and plant clean of excess bag debris.
The optional Bag-top Trimmer and Trim Remover removes extra trim from the bag and utilizes the 3″ Jet Flow for worry-free removal.
BBY100 Conveyor
Stainless steel framed conveyor belt.
The BBY100 Conveyor features a caster base with your Supersealer mounted on a motorized pedestal. With its dimensions of 6″ W by 5′ L, the Supersealer gains ease of handling while maintaining it’s small floor footprint. (See Demo)
BBY200 Conveyor
Stainless steel framed conveyor belt.
The BBY200 Conveyor features a mobile caster base with dual motorized pedestals for the mounted Supersealer and conveyor heights to be customized. This conveyor is 6″ W and 8′ L, keeping the same small footprint for your floor plan. (See Demo)
Compression Belt
Standalone Foam Compression Belt
Our 4″ Foam Compression Belt is mounted on its own motorized pedestal with a stainless steel mobile base. This option is for bag compression upon the conveyor before entering the Supersealer. (See Demo)
T-PAK Infeed Guide
Wide mouth infeed for Bag Top Trimmer w/ Trim Remover
Our T-PAK Infeed Guide is an optional wide mouth guide for high speed conveyor lines. This option is compatible with the Bag Top Trimmer with Trim Remover. (See Demo)
