Supersealer MBS30 Medical Band Sealer
The Supersealer MBS30 Medical Band Sealer, is a continuous rotary band sealer designed to meet FDA guidelines (ANSI, AAMI, ASTM, ISO11607-2, ISO13485, ISO9001, and EN 868) for the medical packaging industry. It can seal a wide range of medical packaging materials, including Poly/Poly, Tyvek, Mylar, Pet Coated Tyvek, Paper/Poly, Laminated Foil and Metalized Foil Pouches.
How is the Supersealer MBS30 medical band sealer the most advanced sealer on the market?
The Supersealer MBS30 medical band sealer incorporates many features that ensure perfect and safe seals. Exclusive sensors to this unit are the broken band sensor, and wrinkle detector. MBS sealers are also fully validatable/calibratable, that’s why it’s equipped with its own HMI—which monitors heat, pressure and speed.
You can upload up to 65 recipes into the HMI. The bag changeover is made easy. Click your recipe for your bag/pouch input and all the parameters change automatically, including the height of the sealer.
External ports are available for pressure, so your calibrated instruments can easily be plugged in.
Medical Band Sealers also include an ethernet port for the extraction/monitoring of data. The MBS30 can create reports that will display all parameters of a recipe used during a sealing session. Statistics within this report include average and standard deviation of the process variable, and also a listing of any out-0f-tolerance sampling points. Data reporting software is an optional package that can be included with a sealer.
