Weigh Fill Sealer

The system is available with either a hot-air or band sealer, painted, stainless steel or in a washdown configuration. All the sealers are available in right to left or left to right configurations, so the scale can accommodate from either side. 

How does the Weigh Fill Sealer work?

These Supersealers are perfectly integrated with any choice of scales to create an efficient semi-automatic pouch sealer. Scales come in many different configurations, from single lane to multiple lanes with a single controller. Some weigh fillers can have split front feeders for difficult or irregular sized materials and multiple feeders per lane to ensure consistent, controlled uniform product flow, leading to the fastest seal and most accurate weight possible in a combination machine.
