The Medical Supersealer MBS offers the best controls package for the Medical companies. Allen Bradley PLC with touchscreen monitoring all variables all the time. The machine offers an optional Ethernet Connection to record all pouches being sealed right into your PC. The PLC enables all information required for easy calibration. Change of machine setting is as easy as a touch of a button.
With this machine you do not have to fear for a pouch being out of parameter setting. The Supersealer MBS has an automatic reverse. The machine basically goes in reverse if the parameters are out of settings. The machine NEVER allows a pouch to be sealed out of its parameters. |

| Pouchpack Automatic Pouch Handling System |

The new re-designed PouchPack manufactured in Stainless Steel by OK International Group, is an automatic pouch handling system. The system automatically takes one to four pouches from a magazine, opens them with a robotic arm, fills them and then seals the pouches. This machine can be made into many configurations. The PouchPack can run layflat and/or stand up zip pouches. The pouches can also receive either a label or an ink jet code. Filling can be done by person, robot or scale.
Pouch sealing can be basic, have air evacuation or gas flush. All components are top of the line, such as Allen Bradley Controls, SMC Pneumatics and Bodine motors. |

| T-PAK 750 Large Bag Handling and Sealing System |

The T-PAK 750 is designed for automatically sealing bags coming down a packing line or off an automatic bagging machine. The system is equipped with a variable angled conveyor with powered back belt. The OK Supersealer is mounted to the conveyor and is equipped with a T-PAK infeed. The T-PAK pulls the bag up to the product. The product then proceeds into the OK Supersealer and exists with the “Perfect Seal”. Each T-PAK 750 is custom built to meet the need of the customer’s application.

This latest model of OK International’s T-PAKTM 550 system, is equipped with a flat conveyor and a foam compression belt. The bag with the product comes down the conveyor and comes under the foam compression belt, which takes the air out of the bag without harming the product. The bag then enters the
OK Supersealer to get the “Perfect Seal”. |
